CONSUMPTION
  • Canadian chicken consumption from January 1 to November 30, 2011 was up 21.1% compared to the same time period a year ago.
IMPORTS
  • Canadian Total Imports from January 1 to November 30, 2011 is at 152.44 M kgs vs 146.32 M kgs for the same time period a year ago.
  • This represents 4.2% (6.12 M kgs) increase in imports versus same time frame in 2010.
EXPORTS
