Serve with roasted, grilled or pan fried chicken. The sauce makes enough to serve 4 to 6 people.

  • ⅓ cup cranberry jelly
  • ½ cup dry white wine
  • ⅔ cup chicken broth
  • 1 rosemary sprig
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp cracked black pepper
  • 1 tsp cornstarch
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
  1. Combine jelly, wine, broth, rosemary and salt and pepper in a medium saucepan.
  2. Stir over medium heat until the jelly has melted.
  3. Let simmer, uncovered for 10 minutes.
  4. Combine the cornstarch and water in a small bowl.
  5. Stir into the cranberry jelly mixture.
  6. Stir until thickened slightly.
  7. Whisk in butter and stir until melted.
Notes
Make Ahead: This sauce is best made just before serving.

Makes about 1 cup.
