Quick and Easy Bake Coating

- 1 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 tbsp fine cornmeal (polenta)
- 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
- ½ tsp celery salt
- ½ tsp cracked black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- Put all the ingredients in a food processor.
- Process until well combined.
- Pour into a large re-sealable plastic bag.
- Add chicken pieces of your choice and toss to coat.
- Place the chicken on a greased rack on a baking sheet.
- Roast in 400°F (200°C) oven for 45 to 50 minutes until cooked and golden.
Make Ahead: This coating can be made a month ahead and stored in an airtight container in a cool, dry place.
Makes about ⅔ cup.
