This makes enough glaze for about 1¼ lb (625 g) chicken.
  • ⅓ cup orange marmalade
  • 1 tbsp onion powder
  • 2 tbsp grainy mustard
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ¼ tsp cracked black pepper
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a small saucepan.
  2. Stir over medium low heat for about 3 minutes or until melted.
  3. Brush over the chicken during the last 15 minutes of cooking.
Make Ahead: This is best made just before using.

Makes about ½ cup.
